I'm the Head of marketing at GE Appliances CoCreate based in Stamford, CT.  For fun, I'm a mom of two beautiful kids (9th grade daughter in Fox Lane HS & 4 grade son), Avery & Julian.  Also, a mom of 4 - four legged creatures, 2 dogs & 2 cats.  I'm an Orangetheory and Bikram Yoga junky.  When not shuttling my kids to various activities or snuggling with my pets you'll find me at the gym.

Erin Hayes, Communications / Media Coordinator

My name is Becca Stern, and I’m the proud mom of a kindergartner at WPES! I also have a younger son who will be joining his big brother in a couple years. We love Bedford and feel so grateful to be part of such an amazing community. In my free time, I love spending time with friends and family, baking, and pilates.

I’m a proud parent of three kids in our district — Mackenzie (1st grade at WPES), Camden (4th grade at WPES), and Grant (7th grade at FLMS). I’ve been part of the WPES community for eight years and had the honor of serving as WPESA President for five of those years. While I’m stepping down from that role this year, I’m excited to continue supporting our school through communications, managing our newsletter and social media.

Over the years, I’ve helped lead or support a number of WPESA initiatives — from spiritwear and social events to chairing our biggest fundraiser, the Read-a-Thon. This year, I’ll also be chairing our new fundraiser, Raise Craze. WPES holds a special place in my heart. I truly believe in this school, its incredible staff, and the amazing students who walk its halls every day. I serve on the WPESA board because I know we make a real difference — and we have a lot of fun doing it.

I am a proud mom of two girls, Olivia and Ella, who are in 3rd and 8thgrade. Our family has lived in the community for 8 years and this is my second year as a board member.  I’m excited to contribute to our school community as an enrichment coordinator.  I look forward to collaborating with fellow parents and faculty to support our children’s education and enhance their school experience.

Jess:  This is my third year serving on WPESA, and I’m excited to continue supporting our wonderful school community. I have two children, Remi, a 3rd grader at West Patent and Blake, who is in Pre-K.  I serve as the co-chair of the KIT Club committee, where I help coordinate and plan vendors to provide after-school enrichment programs for families. Outside of WPESA, I work in Human Resources. I’m grateful for the opportunity to give back and stay engaged with the families, students, and staff who make this school so special.

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, with over 15 years of experience in musculoskeletal research. Favorite part of my career has been mentoring students and trainees.

I have been an active member of WPESA for the past two years, and I truly enjoy being part of such an amazing and supportive community. My daughter Zehra is excited to begin 4th grade this year.

Regan:  I have a son Connor, (also goes by CJ), and we moved to the area and West Patent in 2022. I’m originally from Westchester, and went to Ardsley schools. I work in clinical development and operations, managing clinical drug trials in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology space, and started working in a new company Regeneron last year. I’m excited to be a part of WPESA!

Rebecca:  As a pianist and music educator, I am also a proud mother of two children—my daughter, who is now in 6th grade at FLMS and my son, who is in 5th grade here at West Patent Elementary School. My family and I moved to Westchester County nearly ten years ago, and we have come to truly cherish both this community and the experiences it has provided. We’ve loved every moment and greatly enjoyed our time at West Patent, and cannot wait to see what this final year will bring!

Tracy:  I'm a proud mom of two children, one in 2nd grade and one in Pre-K, and is excited to be serving her first year as a member of the WPESA board. She is passionate about building a strong school community and supporting both students and teachers. Additionally, Tracy works for a major Media company in Measurement & Analytics.

Katie:  I’m Katie Krishnan, Mom to three girls - Lily (4th grade), Lucy (3rd grade) and Lyla, who’s just about to start kindergarten. We’ve been lucky to call Mount Kisco home since 2018 and it’s been an incredible community to raise our family in. This is my first year on WPESA and I’m really excited to jump in, team up with such a dedicated group of parents and help ensure each child has the best possible experience at West Patent.
